The law firm Rudolf & Partners was established at the beginning of the year 2002 under the name Rudolf, Mravčák, Hatvany - attorneys at law. Within a short time after its establishment, the scope of required and provided services grew to such an extent that an experienced and professional team of employees and external associates was created.
Rudolf & Partners is closely interlinked with the Slovak law firm Avocat s.r.o. based in Bratislava.
At present, there are 13 lawyers in Prague providing comprehensive services to clients in all types of transactions and operational matters, such as mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; privatisations; real estate transactions; operations in capital markets; legal analyses; and the representing of clients in court proceedings and before the relevant bodies of the state and local administrations as well as in relation to the comprehensive arranging of so-called "green field projects".
The objective of Rudolf & Partners is to provide its clients with comprehensive services at the professional level usually found abroad, taking into account the specific aspects of the system of law of the Slovak and Czech Republics. Each case that will be taken up by Rudolf & Partners will be solved by a team of professionals including one or more of the company's partners, depending on the character of the case.
